Portions depends on how many people you are serving. 


Assorted sliced deli meats (such as salami, spicy capocollo, prosciutto, mortadella, soppressata and Bresaola 

Asiago Cheese 

Parmesan Cheese 

Bufala mozzarella or burrata Cheese, slices 


Artichoke hearts 

Cherry tomatoes 

Assorted olives 

Basil leaves, on the stems 

Crusty baguette  

Olive oil  

Balsamic vinegar  

s.a.l.t sisters seasoning  -  Suggestions:  Tuscan Farmhouse Blend, Lemon Rosemary Garlic Infused Salts, Steakhouse Seasoning, Herbes di Provence 

Place the sliced mozzarella on a serving platter; sprinkle the slices with the olive oil, balsamic and s.a.l.t. sisters seasoning of your choice.  Artfully arrange the meats, cheese, olives, vegetables and bread on the serving platter.  You can use small bowls to put the olives in on the platter.  Decorate with stems of basil leaves.
