Baked Sweet Potatoes Fries with Hickory Smoked Sea Salt 

Serves 4 

2 large sweet potatoes, peeled, cut into wedges 

3 tablespoons of vegetable oil 

1 heaping teaspoon s.a.l.t.sisters Hickory Smoked Sea Salt 

½ teaspoon s.a.l.t.sisters Applewood Smoked Cracked Pepper 

 

Position oven rack in the upper third of the oven and preheat oven to 425 degrees. 

 

Place sweet potatoes and oil in a large bowl toss lightly.  Sprinkle with Hickory Sea Salt and Applewood pepper. 

 

Arrange potatoes in a single layer on baking sheet, do not overcrowd. 

 

Bake until tender and golden brown, turning occasionally.  Bake about 18-25 minutes.
