Charcuterie Board

s.a.l.t. sisters Charcuterie Platter

I started doing charcuterie boards long before they became the backbone of a girls night, picnic, or the delicious beginning of an out-on-the-town meal. Back then, these styles of appetizers were called antipasto, and they have been a staple in my kitchen for as long as I can remember.

I love this savory and easy recipe because I can pull it together with most on-hand items I keep stocked in my pantry and refrigerator. Its magic lies in its versatility! You can make it a light and quick appetizer or a lavish, deep, and delicious meal. Try combining your favorite meats and cheeses, and adorn them with some fresh fruits, nuts, or crisp vegetables to create a layered experience. A great addition you can make to this platter is one of our s.a.l.t. sisters cheese ball recipes! Complete this board with your favorite grilled bread or crackers to ground umami of all your combined flavors.

No matter how you choose to dress up and personalize your s.a.l.t. sisters charcuterie platter, it is sure to impress your family, guests, and make all your gatherings memorable.
