Try combining your favorite meats and cheeses, and adorn them with some fresh fruits, nuts, or crisp vegetables to create a layered experience. Ingredients:
- Assorted sliced deli meats (such as salami, spicy capocollo, prosciutto, mortadella, soppressata, and bresaola)
- Asiago Cheese
- Parmesan Cheese
- Bufala mozzarella or burrata Cheese, sliced
- Peppadews
- Artichoke hearts
- Cherry tomatoes
- Assorted olives
- Basil leaves, on the stems
- Crusty baguette
- Olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
Directions:
- Place the sliced mozzarella on a serving platter. Drizzle with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and your choice of s.a.l.t. sisters seasoning (Suggestions: Tuscan Farmhouse Blend, Lemon Rosemary Garlic Infused Salts, Steakhouse Seasoning, Herbes di Provence).
