Directions: Spread the ground beef out on a cutting board. Grate onion over the meat, letting the juice drain onto the meat. Pour cream over meat and season with Everyday Seasoning Salt. Mix thoroughly, being careful not to over-mix. Divide equally and form into 4 patties. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with a bit more Everyday Seasoning Salt.
In a sauté pan, cook for 3-5 minutes a side. Serve with toasted buns or lettuce wraps and your favorite condiments.
