Black Bean Burgers\nMakes 4 patties\n\n1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil\n1 (14 oz) can black beans, drained \u0026amp; rinsed\n½ cup red bell pepper, finely chopped\n½ cup onion, finely chopped\n1 tablespoon garlic, minced\n1 tablespoon s.a.l.t. sisters Butcher’s Blend\n\n¼ cup bread crumbs\n1 tablespoon Bragg’s Amino’s\n1 egg\n2 tablespoons Mayonnaise\n¼ cup feta cheese, crumbles\n\nDirections:\nPreheat oven to 375 degrees. \nHeat olive oil in a large sauté pan, add beans red bell pepper, onion and garlic. Sauté’ until beans are a bit dried out and vegetables soften. \nTo a food processor or stand mixer add the bean mixture and the rest of the ingredients. Pulse or stir all the ingredients until they come together. \nDivide mixture into 4 equal amounts and create 4 patties.\nPlace patties on a parchment paper or foil lined baking sheet. Bake for about 10 minutes on each side. \nServe on a bun with your favorite toppings…mayo, slice tomato, pickle slice and lettuce.
