Boston Lettuce Salad

¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
- 1 lemon, juiced
- ¼ cup olive oil
- Pinch s.a.l.t. sisters Lemon Ka’nani Hawaiian sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 head Boston lettuce, cleaned
- 2 tablespoons capers
Directions:
Combine the mayonnaise, garlic, mustard, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Whisk thoroughly.
Break the lettuce into leaves and place on plates. Drizzle with the vinaigrette and sprinkle with capers.
