Boston Lettuce Salad

  •  ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • Pinch s.a.l.t. sisters Lemon Ka’nani Hawaiian sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 head Boston lettuce, cleaned
  • 2 tablespoons capers



Combine the mayonnaise, garlic, mustard, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Whisk thoroughly.

Break the lettuce into leaves and place on plates. Drizzle with the vinaigrette and sprinkle with capers.
