Sprinkle the ground beef evenly with 1 tsp each, Pink Himalayan Mineral Salt & Applewood Smoked Cracked peppercorns. Gently form the meat into 4 balls, then lightly press into patties. Season the patties on both sides with remaining salt and pepper. Heat grill or grill pan to high. Grill undisturbed until marked on the bottom, about 3-5 minutes. Turn and grill other side about 3-5 minutes. Assemble burgers with toppings.
