- 1 lb ground beef
- 7 oz pork chorizo
- 2-3 TBS s.a.l.t. sisters TacoTex-Mex Rub & Seasoning
- 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
- ¼ cup water
In a skillet, fully cook the ground beef and chorizo then drain excess grease. Add the Tex-Mex Rub & Seasoning, tomato sauce and water. Stir to combine and simmer for 10 minutes on low.
Serve with corn or flour tortillas and all your favorite taco toppings!
