½ c. popcorn kernels

3 Tbsp. avocado oil
Directions

In a large, heavy-bottomed pot, heat the oil and a few popcorn kernels over high heat. When the kernels pop, add the remaining kernels and cover.

Remove from heat and let stand for 30 seconds.
