3 c. elbow pasta

3 Tbsp. unsalted butter

3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour

¼ c. onions, diced

1–2 jalapeños, chopped

3 c. milk (plus more if needed)

3 c. cheddar cheese, plus ¼ cup more for topping before baking

Preheat the oven to 450°F. Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente.

While the pasta cooks, add butter to a large oven-safe skillet or Dutch oven. Once melted, stir in the onions, one chopped jalapeño, flour, and Dragon’s Breath Rub & Seasoning. Whisk for about 2 minutes, until the mixture is lightly browned.
