Easy Creamy Tomato Soup 

Serves 4  

Adapted from a recipe by Rachael Ray 

4 cups low sodium Chicken Broth 

1 28-ounce can crushed tomatoes 

1 cup heavy cream 

1-3 teaspoons s.a.l.t. sisters Tuscan Farmhouse Blend 

Fresh basil, torn 

Combine broth and tomatoes in a medium saucepan over moderate heat.  When soup bubbles, stir in heavy cream and reduce heat to low, season with Tuscan Farmhouse Blend.  Using 1 teaspoon at a time.  Taste to determine how much seasoning to use.  With an immersion blender puree soup.   


Serve in bowls with fresh basil.
