Fresh Fruit with Honey Vanilla Mascarpone  

Serve 6 

Adapted from a recipe by Ina Garten 

1 apple, cored, diced 

1 kiwi, peeled and sliced 

1 Banana, peeled and sliced 

1-pint raspberries 

1-pint blueberries 

Bunch of grapes, cut in half 

Any in-season fruit you like; apricots, plums cherries, peaches, pineapple.  

1 8-ounce container mascarpone 

2 tablespoons honey 

1 teaspoon vanilla 

3 tablespoons heavy cream 

Pinch of s.a.l.t. sisters Pink Himalayan Mineral Salt 


Combine fruit in a large bowl.  In a small bowl combine the remaining ingredients until smooth.  Pour the mascarpone mixture over the fruit and serve.
