Ghost Pepper Pico de Gallo
Serves 4-6

4 medium tomatoes, finely diced
½ cup red onion, finely diced
¼ cup cilantro, coarsely chopped
Juice of 1 lime
¼-½ tsp s.a.l.t. sisters Ghost Pepper Sea Salt
½ tsp s.a.l.t. sisters Pink Himalayan Mineral Salt, fine

Mix all the ingredients in a medium bowl. Place in the refrigerator for about an hour to marinate. Serve with tortilla chips.
