Green Chile Relish 

Recipe adapted from Bobby Flay 

2 poblano peppers 

1 tablespoon honey 

2 tablespoons olive oil 

Juice from 1 lime 

¼ cup cilantro, chopped 

1 teaspoon s.a.l.t. sisters Blend 

Broil the poblano peppers until charred on all sides; transfer to a bowl, cover and set aside, 10 minutes, peel, seed and dice.  In a bowl, combine peppers with honey, olive oil, lime juice cilantro and s.a.l.t. sisters Blend, let sit for about 15 minutes.
