Habanero Rice
Serves 4-6

1 TBS Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 TBS sesame oil
1 cup white onion, diced
1 cup Jasmine rice
2 cups chicken broth, low sodium
½-1 tsp s.a.l.t. sisters Habanero Heat Sea Salt
1 cup carrots, peeled & diced
2 TBS teriyaki sauce
1 cup frozen peas
2 TBS green onion, chopped
Handful of beans sprouts

Preheat a stockpot to medium-high heat. Add EVOO, sesame oil, onion and rice. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until the onions are translucent. Add chicken broth, Habanero Heat Sea Salt and carrots, then bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Take off heat, then stir in peas, green onions and bean sprouts.
