Cilantro Lime Rice
- 1 cup Jasmine rice
- 2 cups chicken broth, low sodium
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 Tbs fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped
- Juice on 1 lime
- 2 tsp s.a.l.t. sisters Lime Sea Salt
Directions
In a medium size sauce pan, over medium heat, add rice and lightly toast, about 2 minutes. Add the chicken broth and ginger; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 20-25 minutes, or until rice is cooked and broth is absorbed. Stir in garlic, lime juice and Lime Sea Salt. Serve warm.
