Simple Green Salad 

Serves 4 

 

1/3 cup olive oil  

1 shallot, minced 

1 red radish, thinly sliced 

1 tablespoon whole grain mustard 

1 tablespoon lemon juice 

Pinch of French Herb s.a.l.t. sisters Infused Sea Salt 

2 heads romaine lettuce, torn 

 

In a medium bowl, whisk olive oil, shallot, radish, mustard, lemon juice and French Herb sea salt.  Toss with lettuce.
