Smoked Roasted Red Pepper Dip

When bold and zesty flavors meet, the result is a true taste experience.  Brightness of parsley combines with the smoky heat of peppercorns to create refreshing and satisfying flavor.  Add the undertones of garlic and thyme, and you have a wonderfully delicious blend.  


USES: Mix 2-3 tablespoons with 1 1/4 cup sour cream and 3/4 cup mayo.  For some zing, squeeze in a bit of lemon juice or add a splash of vinegar.  


INGREDIENTS:  Applewood smoked cracked peppercorns, unrefined sea salt, roasted red pepper, parsley, bell pepper, ancho chile, onion, garlic, coconut sugar, thyme



8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated

2 TBS mayonnaise

2-3 TBS Smoked Roasted Red Pepper Dip

In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.  Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight is best
