Roasted Cherry Tomatoes

Roasted Cherry Tomatoes  

Serves 4  

  •  cups cherry tomatoes, halved 
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil 
  • 1 shallot, minced 
  • 1-2 teaspoon s.a.l.t. sisters Tuscan Farmhouse Blend 
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar 
  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees 



Mix tomatoes, oil, shallots, Tuscan and vinegar in 8x8 baking dish.  Roast uncovered until tomatoes are very tender and juicy, stirring occasionally, about 20-30 minutes.   

Serve over a salad or with toasted bread.
