Zucchini with Golden Raisins & Pecans

Zucchini with Golden Raisins & Pecans 
Serves 4-6 

  • 3 medium zucchini, sliced into rounds 
  • 1 tbsp. EVOO 
  • ½ cup golden raisins 
  • ¼ cup pecans, chopped 
  • 1 tsp. s.a.l.t. sisters Smoked Applewood or Hickory Sea Salt 

 

Directions: 

In a large skillet, heat EVOO over medium heat and add zucchini, Cook until zucchini are slightly translucent and starting to brown, about 5-6 minutes. 

Add the raisins, pecans, and smoked sea salt; stir and let cook for 2-3 minutes.
