Recipe

Roasted Asparagus

  • 1 lb fresh asparagus
  • EVOO
  • 1 tsp s.a.l.t. sisters Green Bamboo Kanani Hawaiian Sea Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

 

Directions
Preheat the oven to 400°.  Break off the tough ends of the asparagus and, if they're thick, peel them.  In a large bowl. drizzle the asparagus with EVOO and sprinkle liberally with Green Bamboo Sea Salt and black pepper.  Toss until asparagus are well-coated.  Spread them out on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 25 minutes, until tender but still crisp.

Like this one but not my favorite. A little but goes a long way. Tried it in watermelon & cantaloupe & it was surprisingly good.
