Roasted Asparagus
- 1 lb fresh asparagus
- EVOO
- 1 tsp s.a.l.t. sisters Green Bamboo Kanani Hawaiian Sea Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400°. Break off the tough ends of the asparagus and, if they're thick, peel them. In a large bowl. drizzle the asparagus with EVOO and sprinkle liberally with Green Bamboo Sea Salt and black pepper. Toss until asparagus are well-coated. Spread them out on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 25 minutes, until tender but still crisp.
