Crispy Zucchini Sticks

When my girlfriends and I gather for dinner or a leisurely afternoon lunch, we always crave a crunchy, savory appetizer to set the stage for our meal. Zucchini fries are a perennial favorite, and now, with the s.a.l.t. sisters Tuscan Farmhouse Blend, we can recreate that same irresistible snack at home.

The allure of these zucchini sticks lies in their perfect combination of textures and flavors. The golden crunch from the breadcrumbs, the rich saltiness and creaminess of pecorino romano and parmesan, and the fresh, light taste of summer zucchini create an unparalleled experience.

Frying at home can seem daunting, but fear not! These zucchini fries achieve their crispy, golden perfection right in the oven. For the best results, cook them on a wire rack to ensure an even crisp on all sides. If a wire rack isn't available, simply flip the zucchini sticks halfway through baking to achieve a uniform golden hue. Serve it up with our fool-proof simple marinara, or let us know what fun dipping sauces you create for your friends!
