Ingredients:
- 4 medium tomatoes, finely diced
- ½ cup red onion, finely diced
- ¼ cup cilantro, coarsely chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- ¼–½ tsp s.a.l.t. sisters Ghost Pepper Sea Salt
- ½ tsp s.a.l.t. sisters Pink Himalayan Mineral Salt, fine
Directions:
- In a medium bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, s.a.l.t. sisters Ghost Pepper Sea Salt, and s.a.l.t. sisters Pink Himalayan Mineral Salt.
- Place the mixture in the refrigerator for about an hour to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve the Fiery Pico de Gallo with tortilla chips.
