Ingredients

  • 12–16 oz smoked turkey or chicken sausage (about 3 cups), sliced into 1" rounds

  • 2 c. sweet potatoes, diced into ½" cubes

  • 2 c. broccoli florets

  • 1 c. brussel sprouts

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Arrange sausage, sweet potatoes, broccoli, bell pepper, and garlic on a large sheet pan.
