Yield: 2 dozen

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F with a rack in the center. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.

  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the butter on high for about 6 minutes, until light and fluffy.

  3. Add the powdered sugar, Herbes de Provence with Sea Salt, and orange zest. Beat for another 2 minutes, until well combined.

  4. Scrape down the sides of the bowl, then gradually add the flour, ½ cup at a time, mixing until the dough is crumbly but holds together when squeezed.

  5. Roll out the dough to 1-inch thickness, then use a scalloped cookie cutter to cut out cookies. Transfer to the prepared baking sheets and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.

  6. While still warm, sift additional powdered sugar over the cookies. Let cool slightly, then enjoy.

Light, buttery, and infused with delicate floral notes, these cookies turn any occasion into a moment worth savoring.
