Mini Quiches

Ingredients

1 package refrigerated unbaked piecrust

8 eggs, lightly beaten

⅔ c. milk

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F and let the pie crust sit at room temperature according to package directions.

In a large measuring cup, whisk together the eggs and milk until fully combined.

Roll out the piecrust and use a 2-3 inch round cutter to cut out circles. Press them into mini muffin tins, forming small pastry cups.

Pour the egg mixture into each cup, filling about ¾ of the way full.

Add your choice of toppings and season with Salt Sisters seasonings.

Bake for 13-15 minutes, or until the filling is puffed and the pastry is golden brown. Let cool for 2 minutes in the muffin tins before removing. Serve warm and enjoy.
