1 head cauliflower, trimmed

2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil (or more to taste)
Directions

Preheat the oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Place the cauliflower on a cutting board stem-side up. Slice vertically into 4 evenly thick “steaks.”
