Sauteed Green Beans

Ingredients:

¼ cup extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)

4-6 handfuls of fresh green beans, trimmed

½ cup sliced almonds
Directions:

Add the extra virgin olive oil to a large sauté pan over medium-high heat.

Once the oil is hot, add the green beans to the pan. Sauté the beans just until they are hot and slightly limp, which should take about 15-20 minutes.

Reduce the heat to medium. Add the sliced almonds to the pan. Continue to sauté for about 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly, until the almonds are slightly golden.

Turn off the heat. Sprinkle the Black Truffle Sea Salt over the green beans and almonds, and stir to distribute evenly.
