Ingredients

1 (15 oz) can garbanzo beans (chickpeas), drained and rinsed

2–4 Tbsp water

2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 Tbsp lemon juice

1 garlic clove, minced

¾ tsp ground cumin
Directions

Place chickpeas, 2 Tbsp water, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, and Black Garlic Salt in a food processor.

Blend until smooth, adding more water as needed to reach your desired consistency.
