Savory Garlic Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz) can garbanzo beans (chickpeas), drained and rinsed

  • 2–4 Tbsp water

  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • ¾ tsp ground cumin

  • ¼–½ tsp Salt Sisters Black Garlic Sea Salt

Directions

  1. Place chickpeas, 2 Tbsp water, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, and Black Garlic Salt in a food processor.

  2. Blend until smooth, adding more water as needed to reach your desired consistency.

  3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

  4. Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with extra olive oil & a sprinkle of Black Garlic Salt, if desired.
