Paired with Creamy Onion & Garlic Dip

Ingredients
-
2½ c. all-purpose flour
-
1 Tbsp. baking powder
-
1 Tbsp. sugar
-
¾ c. cold unsalted butter, cut into ½-inch pieces
-
2 oz. finely grated Parmesan (about 1½ lightly packed cups)
-
1 c. cold buttermilk
Directions
-
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
-
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, parm and Creamy Onion & Garlic Dip.
-
Add the cold butter and use a pastry cutter, fork, or your hands to work it into the flour until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs with pea-sized pieces.
-
Drizzle in the buttermilk and stir gently with a flexible spatula until the dough is combined—it should look moist but still lumpy.
-
Scoop dough into 10 equal portions (about ⅓ cup each) and place onto prepared baking sheets, spacing evenly.
-
Bake for 15-17 minutes, or until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
Warm, savory, and full of flavor—these biscuits are made to be enjoyed fresh from the oven and shared around the table.
