Sheet Pan Steak Fajitas

Ingredients
For the Fajitas

1½ lb flank or skirt steak

1 onion, sliced

2 bell peppers
-
2 Tbsp olive oil
-
Warm corn or flour tortillas
-
Fresh cilantro, for serving
For the Chipotle Sauce
-
6 Tbsp salted butter
-
1 can chipotle chile in adobo, chopped
-
⅓ cup hot sauce
-
2 Tbsp. lime juice
-
1 tsp seasoned salt
Directions

Preheat the oven to 475°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment or grease lightly with oil.

On the sheet pan, toss steak, onion, peppers, Taco Tex-Mex Rub & Seasoning, and olive oil together until evenly coated. Let marinate for 20–30 minutes if time allows.

Bake for 10 minutes then switch the oven to broil and cook for another 2–5 minutes, until the edges of the meat begin to crisp. Watch carefully.

Remove from the oven and let the steak rest for 10 minutes before thinly slicing..

Meanwhile, mix all Chipotle Sauce ingredients in a bowl and season to taste.

Assemble fajitas with warm tortillas, steak and veggie mixture, cilantro, and a drizzle of chipotle sauce.
