Ingredients

4–6 peaches

Avocado oil (or olive oil)

Vanilla ice cream, for serving
Directions

Preheat a gas grill to medium heat.

While the grill is heating, slice the peaches along their seams and twist to separate the halves. Remove the pits.

Brush the cut sides of the peaches with oil and place them cut-side down on the grill. Cook for 4–5 minutes, until grill marks form and the fruit begins to soften.

Brush the tops with oil, flip the peaches, and move them to indirect heat. Cook for another 4–5 minutes until fully softened.

Remove from the grill. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a generous sprinkle of Red Sunset Hawaiian Sea Salt.
