Tuscan Herb Cheeseball

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise

  • 1 c. freshly grated sharp cheddar cheese

  • 2 heaping Tbsp. green onion, sliced

  • 2 heaping Tbsp. bell pepper, finely chopped

  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 packet Salt Sisters Tuscan Herb Cheeseball Seasoning

  • ⅔ c. finely chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Spread the chopped pecans evenly on a plate and set aside.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sharp cheddar, green onion, bell pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and Tuscan Herb Cheeseball Seasoning.

  3. Using a rubber spatula, mash and mix the ingredients together until well combined.

  4. Gather the mixture into one lump and use your hands to shape it into a round ball.

  5. Place the cheeseball on the plate of pecans and gently roll it until fully coated.

  6. Wrap the cheeseball in cling wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.

  7. Remove from the refrigerator 20 minutes before serving to soften slightly.

  8. Serve with crackers, pretzels, vegetables, or chips.

Nut-free option: Replace the pecans with finely chopped fresh parsley for a bright, herby coating.
