Directions In a medium size sauce pan, over medium heat, add rice and lightly toast, about 2 minutes. Add the chicken broth and ginger; bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 20-25 minutes, or until rice is cooked and broth is absorbed. Stir in garlic, lime juice and Lime Sea Salt. Serve warm.
