All 12 Arrived scratched up as if they had been used and repurposed

I love the sea salts and peppercorns with all of the different flavors and mixes. Wonderful products. The multi purpose grinders on the other hand were a disappointment. They all came scratched up as if they had been used and repurposed. Faire did issue an email stating they were refunding my account; I'll know when I see my statement. I will continue to order from this company but will be leary of kitchen gadgets going forward. Again, I do appreciate the refund to my account and the immediate action taken by Faire and S.A.L.T. Sisters. Excellent customer service.
