Crispy Breakfast Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. Yukon Gold potatoes, about 5 large potatoes

  • ⅓ cup extra-virgin olive oil

  • 4 Tbsp. s.a.l.t. sisters Blend

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F, positioning the rack in the center.

  2. Cut the potatoes into 1-inch cubes and place evenly on a lined sheet pan. 

  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with s.a.l.t. sisters Blend. Toss well until the potatoes are well coated.

  4. Roast for 35 minutes, turning with a spatula every 10 minutes. For crispier potatoes, roast for an additional 10-15 minutes.
