Black Truffle Roasted Asparagus

Black Truffle Roasted Asparagus

The first time you try truffle is always memorable. Whether it’s the best fries you’ve ever had, shaved on top of a delicious and creamy linguine, or a crisp, buttery veggie side dish, you will start looking for ways to incorporate this incredibly nutty, earthy, umami bomb.

With Asparagus being in peak growing season during the summer months, it is easily a fan fave at the family cookouts, barbecues, or just-for-sun get togethers. I know, I know –– asparagus is a touch and go veggie, but wait until you try it with this great truffle spin. Grab some fresh asparagus from the grocer or farmers market, snap it at its root end between your two thumbs to leave all the tender stem intact, and just watch the magic happen when you roast it in the oven dressed with some high quality olive oil and our s.a.l.t. Sisters Black Truffle Sea Salt

A curious chef tip: truffle sea salt has a bold flavor, so be sure to use it sparingly until you know how much you like! And an extra bonus tip: next time you make popcorn try this decadent sea salt!
