Black Truffle Roasted Asparagus

Serves 4

  • 1 pound fresh asparagus
  • EVOO
  • s.a.l.t. sisters Black Truffle Sea Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.



Break off the tough ends of the asparagus and, peel them if they are too thick. Place the asparagus on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and then toss to coat the asparagus completely. Spread the asparagus in a single layer and sprinkle with Black Truffle sea salt.

Roast the asparagus for 15-20 minutes until tender, but still crisp.
