Parmesan Zucchini \nServes 4 \n\n\n2 large zucchini \n\n\n2 teaspoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil \n\n\n1-2 tablespoons s.a.l.t. sisters Tuscan Farmhouse Blend or s.a.l.t. sisters Blend \n\n\n1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated \n\n\nPreheat oven to 350°. \n\n\n \n\nDirections:\nCut ends off of zucchini and slice in half. Slice halves lengthwise into quarters so \nthat you have 16 pieces. \nOn a baking sheet, place zucchini and coat with EVOO and Tuscan Farmhouse \nBlend; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
