Parmesan Zucchini

Parmesan Zucchini 

Serves 4 

  • 2 large zucchini 
  • 2 teaspoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil 
  • 1-2 tablespoons s.a.l.t. sisters Tuscan Farmhouse Blend or s.a.l.t. sisters Blend 
  • cup Parmesan cheese, grated 
  • Preheat oven to 350°. 



Cut ends off of zucchini and slice in half. Slice halves lengthwise into quarters so 

that you have 16 pieces. 

On a baking sheet, place zucchini and coat with EVOO and Tuscan Farmhouse 

Blend; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 20 minutes until zucchini is soft   

and Parmesan cheese is crisp.
