Fresh Fruit with Honey Mascarpone



Fresh Fruit with Honey Vanilla Mascarpone  

Serve 6 

  • Adapted from a recipe by Ina Garten 
  • 1 apple, cored, diced 
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced 
  • 1 Banana, peeled and sliced 
  • 1-pint raspberries 
  • 1-pint blueberries 
  • Bunch of grapes, cut in half 
  • Any in-season fruit you like; apricots, plums cherries, peaches, pineapple.  
  • 1 8-ounce container mascarpone 
  • 2 tablespoons honey 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla 
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream 
  • Pinch of s.a.l.t. sisters Pink Himalayan Mineral Salt 

 

Directions:

Combine fruit in a large bowl.  In a small bowl combine the remaining ingredients until smooth.  Pour the mascarpone mixture over the fruit and serve.
