- 2 cups Bourbon Peach BBQ Sauce
Bourbon Peach BBQ Sauce:
- 1 cup tomato puree
- ½ cup peach preserves
- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup bourbon
- ¼ cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 TBS coconut sugar
- 1-3 tsp hot sauce
- 1-2 TBS s.a.l.t. sisters Kansas City BBQ Rub & Seasoning

Preheat oven to 350°. Arrange ribs in a single layer on baking sheet(s) and season liberally with Kansas City BBQ Rub. Cover tightly with foil. Bake until very tender about 60-70 minutes, then remove from oven. Let cool slightly before proceeding. To obtain ribs with meat on both sides, cut out every other bone. Arrange ribs in a single layer on baking sheet(s) and coat generously with the prepared BBQ sauce. Bake until ribs are hot and sauce starts to glaze, about 25 minutes. Serve with extra sauce and enjoy!
To make sauce: Combine all ingredients in a heavy medium saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat, cover partially and simmer for about an hour.
